Usernames and Passwords
When you create an account you choose a username and password that you will then use each time you login to the members' area.
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive so when you log in you need to enter your username and password exactly as you did when you created your account which also includes any spaces in the username. Autocorrect sometimes capitalises the first letter and people often don't notice and when they try and log in they have a lowercase or uppercase when it needs be the other way around.
If you have forgotten or want to check your username you can request an email reminder by going to the Username Reminder page and entering the email address you used when you created your account.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reminder by going to the Password Reminder page and entering the email address you used when you created your account.
Once you submit your request you will be taken to a page where you need to enter your username and a verification code.
The verification code will be sent to you in an email. You need to copy and paste this code from the email into the page on the website and then click the submit button.
You will now go to a page where you can enter a new password.
Please note that once you have requested a password reminder your account will be deactivated until you have completed the process so even if you remember what your password was you will not be able to log in.

Our website will set cookies from the time a user arrives but sometimes people set their browser privacy settings to block all cookies.
