u3a - Learn, Laugh, Move

Now more than ever, health and fitness have become increasingly important to all of us and u3a members have been finding new ways to stay fit and get the endorphins going over this period of time. We will spotlight a different fitness activity every month on this page and are encouraging u3a members to send in details of what they are doing in that particular area.

This coming month the focus will be on yoga and our Subject Adviser for Yoga, Peter Burton and Jenny Wilson, Chair of Croydon u3a and Yoga Group Leader, who will provide some helpful tips and tricks and share some stories from members below. Over the coming weeks, we will also hear from, and update these pages with, details from u3a yoga group leaders across the UK who will be contributing.
